How It Works

Our Process

Step 1

The Discovery step in our process is about getting to know you, your business, and what’s "under the hood". We want to understand how you’ve made it this far, and your vision for how the company plans to grow in the future. We plan to walk away from Discovery with pages, and pages, and pages of notes to work with.

Step 2

The Strategy step is the process of taking our notes from Discovery, combining them with our own insights and industry best practices, and creating a plan that promises a successful outcome.

Step 3

The Sitemap step builds on our strategy and produces an outline for the website design. Our sitemap includes the website structure (eg, pages, placeholder content) presented in a Word document.

Step 4

The Design step produces a beautiful web design founded on all the efforts made in our process, thus far. You and your team will be presented with a couple of design directions for the website design. After choosing a direction, our team will begin designing the website in-full. Design is subject to a maximum of 2x rounds of revisions. Additional rounds of feedback come at an additional cost. Don’t be afraid to broach us on this subject.

Step 5

The Development step takes our website design and brings it to life in the form of a working, clickable, scrollable website that you can view across all modern screen devices.

Quality Assurance

Step 6

Quality Assurance is the rigid checking-and-testing routine that our team follows on your website before we announce the launch of your website. We must go through the Quality Assurance step to ensure the website functionality is going to work without issue for anyone visiting the website.

Step 7

The Launch step includes moving your website to the live website server, and announcing the launch.

Step 8

We have flexible monthly support options for your website with packages that keep your website secure with regular backups, upgrades and updates.

Who Said What

"When I left my position in corporate business development and sales to start an insurance brokerage, I contacted Maz to create a brand and website. I didn’t know what I was getting myself into, but I trusted Maz and we got to work. I have never designed and created my own website—all I knew is that it had to be really good. Working with Maz and his team was an amazing experience. They spent the time getting to know me and what I was looking for. They took my ideas and concepts and married them with my personality and aesthetic tastes to create a very special brand identity. The Lion’s Peak website not only looks and functions superbly, it also really fits my company and personality. My business is taking off from the foundation we created together, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Thank you, Maz and blueberrycloud!"

— Christopher Lubell, President, Lions Peak Financial Group

"What stood out for us when working with blueberrycloud was their quick grasp of our customer and their need for user-friendly interaction. They implicitly understood the end-result required by our customer and delivered a beautiful website in a timely manner, and on-budget too! The team was easy to work with, asked all the right questions, was quick to pivot, responded promptly to our queries and concerns, and created well-defined goals and objectives for the project. Their approach and skillful project management was a pleasure, and we really enjoyed working with them."

— Brad Duggan, Director of Sales, Rogers Foods

"blueberrycloud delivered four custom designed microsites for a high profile sales assignment pertaining to multiple assets. Maz and his team were upfront and diligent throughout the design process ensuring that Cushman & Wakefield’s needs were met within the tight 30 day timeline. Maz brought a refreshing approach to the process remaining in constant contact with our team and delivering on all facets of what was promised. The blueberrycloud team remained focused on our objectives which allowed us to reach our goal of a successful sale on behalf of our client."
