The Client

Cushman & Wakefield is a leading global real estate firm with revenues in excess of $6 billion each year. The firm operates in more than 70 countries and employs over 45,000 people.

The Ask

Cushman & Wakefield helped manage the sale of 13 multi-family rental properties across British Columbia’s Lower Mainland. The properties contain a total of 1,058 rental suites and are located in four municipalities: Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam and Surrey. The business development team at Cushman & Wakefield approached blueberrycloud to create a series of customized microsites that would support their sales and marketing efforts for the project.

Our Solution

Our goal was to keep things nimble and simple for the Cushman & Wakefield team. By designing and developing a single microsite that could be duplicated and further customized for any number of properties, we ensured the information across all sites could be quickly and easily adjusted without technical or other issues. The microsites are contemporary in design and user-friendly for customers.
